Once selected, the Load Listing screen is displayed (figure 3), showing all loads that have been assigned to this driver from the dispatch office.

Let’s take a closer look at the Load Listing screen. Key information is displayed about each load sent from the dispatch office to the driver’s GPS-enabled mobile phone. For each load assigned to the driver the following information is displayed:

• The Load Order Number - It’s important to note the following about the Load Order Number: All loads are displayed in ascending order by Scheduled Arrival times and dates
• Load Number (this is assigned by the dispatch office)
• Company Name
• City, State
• Scheduled Arrival Time for the first stop on the trip

In figure 4, we have selected Load 4081. By highlighting Load 4081 Details and choosing "Select", we can view more detailed information about our chosen load.
